Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Clients have a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond that may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to avoid delays.
